Cable Routing
The FVG POS 100 sensor positioner is delivered ready for connection. The sensors are mounted and connected to the integrated sensor holder of the sensor slides. Before commissioning, the sensor slides of the sensor positioner must be connected to the web guiding controller. For this purpose, there is a cable tail on each sensor slide with the respective connecting plug.
The housing of the sensor positioner is equipped with an integrated cable duct. The cable duct is equipped with two outlets on the side (on side A and on side B) and two outlets on the rear side of the housing. The length of the cable tails for the connection of the controller with the sensor slides has been dimensioned such that they can be guided through the cable duct to the desired outlet.
The connection between the sensor positioner and the web guiding controller is carried out via the optional cable extensions available in various lengths (see Required Accessories).
