Operation
The FVG POS 100 sensor positioner is not equipped with its own control elements. The operation of the device is carried out using one of the following BST web guiding controllers:
- ekr 500 digital Unit Touch
- ekr CON 600, ekr CON 600 net
- ekr CON 610, ekr CON 610 net
The controller is connected to the CAN bus interface of the sensor positioner.
Functions
Operation of the sensor positioner with a BST web guiding controller permits the following functions:
- Symmetric or independent positioning of the sensor slides (linear unit with two sensor slides)
- Automatic edge detection
- Pre-positioning of the web of material
- Master-Slave guiding
- Oscillation
- Web width measurement
