Severe cutting injuries caused by the edges of the moving material web.
- ▶Never touch the edges of moving material webs.
- ▶Carry out the material setup only when the production machine is stationary.
During the material setup the controller is automatically adjusted to the properties of the material to be scanned.
If a FVG POS 100 sensor positioner is connected to the controller, the calibration of the optical edge sensors is carried out using the Automatic edge sensor standardization function (see Automatic Edge Sensor Standardization)
